Dental Implants

Sapphire Dental Home offers dental implants as a lasting solution for achieving a flawless, radiant smile. Ideal for patients with broken, damaged, or missing teeth, implants serve as a durable alternative, mimicking the function of natural teeth. Surgically placed into the jawbone, these implants provide long-term stability and durability, designed to endure for up to 25 years, ensuring a confident and enduring smile.

Dental implants seamlessly integrate into your smile, enabling patients to speak and eat with confidence and comfort. Unlike some alternative restorative options, implants are gentle on the gums and mouth, minimizing irritation. With proper care, they offer enduring results, potentially lasting a lifetime, providing a permanent and reliable solution for restoring oral function and aesthetics.

What to expect during the dental implant process

The dental implant procedure at Sapphire Dental Home involves several stages, beginning with a thorough consultation to discuss individual goals and devise a tailored treatment plan. Following this, the implant is surgically placed into the jawbone, initiating a healing period necessary for osseointegration, wherein the implant bonds with the jawbone to mimic a natural tooth root.

During this healing phase, sufficient jawbone support is crucial for implant stability, with bone grafts available if additional support is needed. Once osseointegration is complete, patients return to our office for the placement of an abutment or connector atop the implant, facilitating the secure attachment of the custom-made crown. These crowns are meticulously crafted to blend seamlessly with the natural teeth in shape, size, and color, ensuring a harmonious smile. Temporary crowns may be utilized until the final crown is ready for installation, providing both aesthetic and functional benefits.
